Deposits are credited to your hp786 account in real time or within the processing time specified for your chosen payment method. All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the hp786 Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hp786 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions.

hp786 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced in a manner inconsistent with the in-play rules; (b) the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error; (c) the bet constitutes or forms part of a pattern of behaviour designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies; or (d) hp786 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or event manipulation.
hp786 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical, pricing, or human error, regardless of whether the relevant event has already concluded. A manifest error is defined as an error so obvious that a reasonable person would recognise it as such. In such cases, hp786 will notify affected players and reverse the relevant transactions within a reasonable time.
Maximum single-bet winnings and maximum weekly winnings limits apply to all products on the Platform. Nothing in these Terms shall limit hp786's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Verified real-money balances not connected to prohibited conduct will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hp786 holds its international gaming licence.
